Our Aim

At CardLady or objective is to supply the customer and their recipients with special and unique cards. We endeavour to provide a product and service that will at least meet our customers expectations. However, we will always try to exceed those same expectations.

Quality

We guarantee all cards supplied by Cardlady or of good quality and are unique. No 2 cards will ever be produced to the same design.

Shipping

We aim to deliver to our customers asap. We will endeavour where possible to dispatch the product on the same day as payment but if not it will be the next day. Cards are shipped Royal Mail first class in boardbacked envelopes. Please see Shipping rates for cost of shipping.

Complaints Policy

We expect 100% satisfaction from our customers. However, if you are not satisfied then please send us an e-mail and we will get back to you genrally within 3 days.

Security

At Cardlady we are using what we believe is a very safe payment system. It is used throughout the internet with millions of users.

Privacy

We will only use the information provided by the customer to facilitate the process of suppling the customer with their chosen product. No information will be passed on by us to any third parties what so ever.

All products supplied by Cardlady are covered by copyright. All designs are copyright protected and it is therefore an offence to copy these designs.
