Return Policy

We believe that it is highly unlikely that you will be dissapointed with your purchase. However, our returns policy is as follows:

A  refund will be made if the product is returned unopened and undamaged and is recieved back at Cardlady within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will be for the product only and will not not include the cost of postage ethier to or back from the customer.
